Job Description
For Operation Manager of Citylifo, responsibilities should have as follows:
1. Spoken and written well in English, report HQ often and communicate closely.
2. Rich retail management experience, at least 8 yrs.
3. Have ability to manage more retail stores, set a target and responsible for the goals %100.
4. Recruit excellent store managers and store staffs, good at training and daily store management.
5. Keep a close business relationship with mall managers, bank, custom broker, CPA, etc.
6. Responsible all activities for stores, and reach each target of events.
7. Familiar with the composition and function of selling products, fast learner, strong self-driving force.
8. Sensitive in new trending products and living essentials for clients, highly welcome every client and make sure clients get knowledge of products and company culture once they are leaving.
9. Well wholesale business management (B2B) is considered as top priority.
10. Look for new locations of stores, shopping malls is given top priority. Totally have 6 stores in Istanbul and 4 in Ankara.
11. Work on site, currently manage 2 stores which 1 is located in Armonipark and another is located in Mall of Istanbul.
