Human Resources Administrator, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant
The client is a successful and expanding technology enabled business, with divisions operating both B2B and B2C, selling services and solutions on a UK and International basis.
The business has a strategy for further growth, and the provision of effective HR services is seen as critical to this. Reporting the Head of HR, the role will be involved in supporting a broad variety of HR activities, including:
- Provide advice in response to queries from employees and line managers, escalating when necessary
- Maintain, create, and update information and records on the HR system, including contractual changes, annual leave etc.
- Monitor and maintain the HR team mailbox
- Refine existing HR administration processes
- Run payroll for UK and European office
- Manage all family friendly leave paperwork, flexible working paperwork and any other ad hoc requests
- Ensure absence process is followed and logged
- Manage and track Company incentives, and support with administration for the Company Benefits programme
- Upload all HR related invoices for approval and ensure payment
- Administer the leavers process, including exit interviews
- Conduct annual DBS checks
- Implement New Starter administration, including drafting and issuing offer paperwork, welcome packs, organising IT resource
- Support on-boarding induction, including social and team building events
- Support Probation Management process
- Administer and champion company supported charity events and initiatives.
The role requires a confident and professional individual with experience in HR / Human Resources support and administration, keen to build on this in a dynamic and growing business, working with ambitious and educated employees. You will be highly organised, used to managing and prioritising a busy schedule, capable of working both as a team and independently, and be good communicator.
