Planning and implementing all the announcements, candidate research and interview stages of the recruitment processes
Carrying out studies to increase the efficiency of selection and placement processes
Planning and monitoring of training processes
Execution of the performance evaluation system with the determined procedures
Planning, implementation and management of orientation processes
Ensuring internal communication
Carrying out studies to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty
Planning social and cultural activities for employee motivation
Keeping up to date the changes in the legal legislations
Supporting the Administrative Affairs department in order to ensure the continuity of the service, food and cleaning services that are provided to the employees.
Supporting Personnel Communications, Payroll/Accrual, Industrial Relations processes and activities
Preparing internal and external/official periodic reports, announcements and notices related to Human Resources
RequiredQualifications
Bachelor degree
5 years of experience in human resources
Knowledge of Labor Law and Social Security legislation
Knowledge of Logo Tiger Payroll Program is a plus
Knowledge in payroll tracking and payroll processes
Eager to teamwork, able to provide team coordination
Successful in human relations, persuasion and representation skills
Dynamic and high energy level
Proficient in using MS Office programs
For male candidates, completed mandatory military service is a must
