Responsibilities: – Receive incoming calls from customers and engineers To take telephone messages where required Maintain relationships between the Customer, contractor and the Company Manage “live” jobs, dealing with any issues and concerns from the customer Have a good knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
Good excel skills Ensure that work is completed on time and jobs are closed off Produce reports and keep customer records up to date at all times Respond and resolve professionally all customer queries Inputting data accurately onto Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft word documents Other general duties to support internal departments Person
Specification: – Strong administrative skills to be able to pick things up quickly Excellent communication skills with a pleasant telephone manner Adopting a positive approach and a team player.
Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workloads. A keen eye for detail Proactive in problem-solving and team player Professional approach to tasks, relationships and corporate culture An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Good customer focus with a desire to resolve issues to ensure customers are satisfied Further opportunities will arise as the candidate grows in the role.
up to £25k depending on experience Location: Canary Wharf, full time office based Hours: 09:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
