French Riviera Parties is a French company based in Nice, French Riviera. We are specialized in organizing events on the French Riviera between Monaco and St Tropez. We are a passionate team of project managers with a love for art, creativity, music and the entertainment world in general. We are looking for a freelance event planner to join our team of enthusiasts.



  • Previous experience of 1 to 2 years in event planning/coordination for international customers is essential 
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills // Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (C1 level is a must) Ability to efficiently communicate and negotiate in French. (level B2 required) Good knowledge of French is necessary (level B1). Please, note that most of our clients are international but our partners are based in France.

Please, note that it’s a 100% remote work. No physical presence in the French Riviera is requiered.


Main tasks: (70% of the work time)

Event creation and coordination

  • Manage events from conception to delivery, working with existing partners and developing new relationships

  • Management of the team's operations schedule for events and parties

  • Management of reservations and payments before the event

  • Connecting and coordinating with existing partners

  • Communicate and cooperate with the team to achieve a common goal

  • Adhering to all safety guidelines and ensuring that guests remain in designated areas

  • Work with management to develop new events

  • Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude at all times


Business development

  • Acquire new partners for business development and sustain relationships (email, phone and video calls) - artists and dancers / hospitality staff / security staff / caterers and bartenders / event venues / Musicians and DJs

  • Negotiate prices and conditions


Additional tasks (30% of the time)

  • Provide general administrative support, such as creating documents and presentations, formatting and proofreading materials, basic accounting, reorganizing different files, finding service providers

  • Writing blog articles 

  • Other missions depending on the urgency of the situation.


This position demands an entrepreneurial individual with experience in the events industry. The role requires a mix of business development and operational experience. Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment industry and its need to be sustainable and accessible for all.


  • Contract start date: beginning of February 2023
  • Type of contract: service contract
  • Location of the mission: remote
  • Remuneration : around 650 Euros per month according to experience
  • Duration of the contract: 6 months with possibility of renewal
